issues
As a public servant, my issues and priorities are based on your issues and priorities. I will update this page periodically as I speak to Billings residents and listen to their views and concerns. If I haven’t knocked on your door yet, contact me, and we can talk about the issues important to you.
I am running in House District 47, which covers the South Side triangle, downtown Billings, and part of Central-Terry. House District 47 Map
PROTECTING YOUR RIGHTS
I support protecting all your fundamental rights under the U.S. and Montana Constitutions.
You have the right to live your life the way you choose as long as you do not harm others.
You have the right to choose when to start a family and how many kids you have.
I support the LGBT+ community.
PROTECTING YOUR FAMILY
I support paid family leave. No one should have to choose between financial struggle and caring for their newborn or sick child.
I support public schools and a quality education for all. No child should ever have to go hungry.
I support public safety policies that prevent and solve crimes. This includes major reforms to our mental health and juvenile institutions.
I support a healthy environment, clean water, and clean air.
PROTECTING YOUR wallet
I support affordable housing for everyone. We must address rising residential property taxes.
I support protecting seniors on fixed incomes from unfair price hikes.
I support affordable health care. No one should ever have to file for bankruptcy just because they’re sick.
I support unions and smart policies that will grow good-paying jobs for Montana.
